خلال مقابلة مع Rolling Stones, مخرج اللعبة Haden Blackman ناقش الموسيقى التصويرية و تأثيرها على اللعبة.
من أول بداية تطوير اللعبة واحنا عارفين إن لازم يبقى عندنا موسيقي رائعة. اتجاهنا كان إن لازم يبقى في موسيقى ممتازة, عشان ده هيقدي إن اللعبة تبقى ممتازة.
Blackman وضح كذا سيناريو بتفرق فيه المزيكا جدا, زي إن اغنية “Green River – Creedence Clearwater Revival” بتشتغل لما Lincoln Clay يكون بيلاحق حد في المجاري. المزيكا بتلعب دور مهم جدا في قصة اللعبة عشان تشكل اللحظات الدرامية في قصة اللعبة.
أيضًا Blackman وضح إنه كان فاكر إن الستوديو هيواجه مشاكل في الحصول على حقوق الأغاني, ولكن الحظ كان بجانبهم و قدروا انهم يحصلوا على الحقوق.
